Tottenham should have kept Will Lankshear as a backup striker option.
Lankshear has been described as Kane-esque by observers. With Dominic Solanke as the sole senior striker on Tottenham's books and recent form mixed (one win in five), squad depth up front could prove costly.

Tottenham already have five forward-eligible players fit and available; Lankshear would sit on the bench behind a squad Spurs chose to build instead.
