Newcastle need a striker after Manzambi's winner exposed their attacking weakness.
Manzambi, a former Newcastle player, scored the decisive goal in Aston Villa's 1-0 win. Newcastle's forward line of Fernandez-Pardo, Wissa, and Elanga failed to create clear chances, while Osula remains sidelined with a foot injury.
