Aston Villa should not pursue Sergio Ramos this window.
Villa are 19th with 1 point from 4 games and have five fit centre-backs on the roster. Ramos would be a luxury signing when the squad needs urgent reinforcement elsewhere.

Ramos plugs the midfield hole Onana's cruciate ligament tore open, and at 38 he costs nothing—Villa's wage bill stays lean for the January window when they'll actually need a striker.
