Tottenham should start Sávio ahead of Mathys Tel in the league.
Sávio is on the bench despite Tottenham's 1-point haul from three games. Tel started the 0-0 draw with Nott'm Forest but has not scored in the league this season.

Sávio brings proven attacking intent and creativity; Tel is still developing and has not delivered in the league yet. A club in 17th place cannot afford to persist with an unproven attacker when a more experienced option is available.
