Arbeloa should be sacked as Fulham manager immediately.
Fulham sit bottom of the Premier League on 0 points after three straight losses (2–3 vs Chelsea, 1–0 vs Sunderland, 2–3 vs Crystal Palace). The only win came in an EFL Cup tie against AFC Wimbledon.

Arbeloa's 4-2-3-1 has no midfield cover for a backline that is being overrun; sacking him now abandons the structure he is building before he has the players fit to execute it.
